Top banana! ;D Happy to exchange it for beer tokens. Don't know when I will next bump into you but will not make it to the run on Sunday as I am off to Jersey for a week. If you let me have your mobile number either on here or via personal message I will give you a ring when I get back. Thanks in advance. Phil

Rich, I've got a 19/19 off a PK, throttle cable and air filter fittings are different, or a good 16/16, what's up with yours?

Rich. I also have a dellorto 19.19. Think it came of a PK. It has no air filter and no gate. You are welcome to it if it is any use.

Cheers lads , mine has a 24mil dellorto fitted to it at the mo and its chucking out fuel and a bit of a bugger to start. I would be grateful if I could give one a try , just got to figure a way of getting one or the other. How much do you both want for yours ?

Rich, sounds like the rotary pad inside the casing may be worn or damaged, I have heard of them being repaired, maybe a job for rowespeed? I can lend you my good 19 to try if you've got a manifold before ripping the engine out.

Hi mate ,thanks for the offer of the carb ,still strugling with it at the mo , can get it started but only after a fashion. If I try it from cold it doesn`t start ,the plug is very wet even if the petrol is turned off (the tap is shutting the fuel off )(and choke off) remove plug dry it and clean it ,kick it over with plug out lots of times ,refit plug(good spark) ,kick over ,it fires then after a few more kicks it starts belches out a bit of smoke ,once running goes really well . When we got it it started ok but since my lad passed his cbt it has been a pig ! Any ideas ?
