All coming down to the wire this year what with a late nomination for Graham Mills splitting the votes Eeeeeven further. Unfortunately votes by guests on this forum don't count (well it could be G voting for himself....not that I'd think he'd do that )votes are only taken from people I can recognized (when I've not been drinking ). So this Sunday's meeting will be last chance to make your votes known to me, so we can count up & Anthony can get the Trophy engraved.....if Tom brings it back that is? (Tom can we have the Trophy back please ;D). Then you'll all just have bear the suspense until the winner is revealed at the Xmas do!

Pip done well this year that's why I nominated him!
I may have unintentionally upset a couple of people lately for which I am truly sorry.
We'll see who wins next Saturday, may the best Trog win! And for everyone else there's always next year.

In my eyes we all do our club proud and i think this year 'Troglodytes S.C' has well and truly been put back on the Scootering map! You think weve all covered near on all runs, doos this season plus we all may have well as owned Scootering as weve had a mention or been in it nearly every issue this season so in my eyes we all deserve a pat on the back Im just proud to be a member and i maybe the Black sheep of the club i like being in it and till you kick me out Im a Trog! Have a good meet today! see you all nxt saturday Ride safe!

I could not agree more Pip. ;D Watch out for the next edition of classic scooterist as I am hoping we may have a mention in that one as well. A GREAT season for the club - can't wait for the Christmas doo! ;D

OK just in case anyone missed my drunken announcement at the Christmas Do on Saturday night, thought I should post the results on here. The winner of "Trogs Member of the Year 2011" was Pip with Graeme Lake coming in a close second. The voting was so tight that I had to do a count up of rally mileage to clinch the decision, (which took a while on Google maps ) Pip doing Total rally mileage of 1794 (one way) in 2011 and Graeme's Total rally mileage coming to 1044 (also one way). A great effort from both of them I think every one would agree, both great assets to the club as well. Also I'd like to mention Phil "Grandad" Haford who received enough votes so that he was still in the running up to the end, nice to know he's made a noticeable impression over the last year. Finally I would like to mention the G-Man (Graham Mills) who was presented a special award for his dedication and devotion to the club over the years. Well done G, I hope it'll take pride of place with your other Netball trophies. ;D Thanks to everyone who took time to nominate and vote, you've all done very well. Time to start thinking about Trogs Member of the Year 2012 now. It could be you!
